Visa Services

About Visa Services:

At Crestview International School, we provide visa services to foreign students and parents who require assistance in obtaining proper visas to stay longer in Thailand. Please note that we can only assist the student and his/her parents, and we cannot help any relatives.

Please be aware that the visa application process may change at any time based on changes implemented by relevant government agencies. Visa applications can only start after the student has been officially accepted at Crestview, and all relevant fees have been paid.

For those already in Thailand (Non-ED/Non-O):

  1. Crestview will prepare the necessary documents addressed to the Thailand Immigration Office, which may take up to 5 working days.
  2. Parents must collect the documents from the Crestview Office and check the document checklist for Non-ED.
  3. Parents are responsible for submitting the documents to the Thailand Immigration Office for Non-ED Visa application.
  4. The Thailand Immigration Office issues a 90-day Non-ED Visa for the student.
  5. During the 45-60 days of the 90-day Non-ED Visa, the student/parent must contact the Crestview Office to apply for a 1-year Non-ED Extension Visa. If a parent wishes to apply for a Non-O Visa, they can do so at this time by checking the document checklist for Non-O.
  6. Crestview will supply the necessary documents for Non-ED Extension / Non-O Visa application.

For those outside Thailand (Non-ED/Non-O):

  1. Crestview will prepare the necessary documents of both Non-ED and Non-O VISAS addressed to the Thailand Embassy in the home country.
  2. The Non-O Visa applicant must be an accompanying parent to the Non-ED Visa applicant.
  3. Crestview will email the documents to the given email address.
  4. Students/parents are responsible for submitting the visa documents to the Thai Embassy in the home country, and they should check the document checklist for Non-ED and Non-O.
  5. The Thai Embassy issues a 90-day Non-ED Visa for the student and a Non-O visa for the accompanying parent.
  6. After arriving in Thailand, please contact the Crestview to update your local house address and personal contact.
  7. During the 45-60 days of the 90-day Non-ED/Non-O Visa, the student/parent must contact the Crestview Office to apply for a 1-year Non-ED/Non-O Extension Visa.
