On February 21, 2023, we had the privilege of visiting Thepsatri Rajabaht University. Our delegation met with Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanya Barndt (University President), Dr. Boonyanut Chawianghong (Demonstration School Director), and her team. Yesterday, 8th of June 2023, we finally signed the MOU.
The MOU yielded several constructive resolutions, which included: (1) Exchanging ideas and practices regarding teaching methodologies, curriculum, and program outlines; (2) Collaborating on student projects and assignments on mutually agreed topics; (3) Establishing a staff professional learning community and facilitating Professional Development Sessions; (4) Organizing reciprocal school visits for a predetermined number of students and teachers, to occur at least once in the academic year; (5) Facilitating the smooth transfer of students from Crestview to Satit school under conditions specified by Rajabhat Thepsatri university; and finally, (6) Orchestrating collaborative programs such as inter-school competitions and professional development activities for teachers and staff.
Crestview International School and The Demonstration School of Thepsatri Rajabaht University are officially sister schools. We look forward to fostering an environment of collaboration and mutual growth.

๐๐ Day 5 marks the grand finale of this year's Book Week and what a spectacular day it has been! From enchanting characters to inspiring stories, it was a day filled with the magic of books. ๐โจ
Our students arrived dressed up as their favorite book characters. We saw wizards, detectives, princesses, and superheroes, each costume a testament to their creativity and love for their favorite stories. ๐งโโ๏ธ๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ธ๐ฆธโโ๏ธ
We also set up Reading Stations around the school, where the air was filled with tales of adventure, friendship, and magic. Each station was a gateway to a different world, a testament to the power of storytelling. ๐๐
Our Book Sale was a hit! Parents, students, and staff came together to support our young authors and illustrators. Every purchase was not just a book, but a piece of our students' imagination and hard work. ๐๐ฐ
As we wrapped up the event, we recognized the creativity and effort of our students. Certificates were given to the best in costumes, storytellers, and best sellers. Every participant was a winner in our eyes, but these students went above and beyond. ๐๐

๐๐ On May 12, the final day of our Book Week, we transformed our school into a literary wonderland with special Reading Stations set up all around. ๐๐
While our dedicated teachers took on the role of storytellers in some stations, the real stars of the show were our elementary division student authors! ๐๐ง๐ฆ They bravely took the spotlight, captivating their peers with the storybooks they wrote themselves. ๐โ๏ธ
Witnessing our young authors share their stories was a truly magical experience. Their creativity, confidence, and love for storytelling shone brightly, inspiring their peers and teachers alike. ๐๐
This activity allowed Crestview students to wander from station to station, immersing themselves in a variety of wonderful stories. It fostered a sense of community, promoted active listening, and, most importantly, celebrated the joy of reading. ๐๐

๐ At Crestview International School, we celebrated a delightful Mini Easter Festival today! ๐ฃ Our little ones, along with 16 friends from our Summer Festival Program, had an amazing time participating in 6 fantastic activity stations:
1๏ธโฃ Easter Egg Hunt: Students eagerly searched the school grounds for hidden eggs, embracing the spirit of the holiday.
2๏ธโฃ Easter Egg Decorating: With their newfound treasures, our creative students got to work decorating their eggs in vibrant colors and patterns.
3๏ธโฃ Catch a Prize: Every student had the opportunity to jump high and catch a prize, testing their agility and coordination.
4๏ธโฃ Coloring Station: Budding artists enjoyed expressing their creativity with some Easter-themed coloring pages.
5๏ธโฃ Bunny Rabbits: As an extra-special treat, we had adorable bunny rabbits join us, adding to the festive atmosphere.

(ENGLISH Verson) We are thrilled to announce a delightful mini-EASTER celebration at school on Friday, April 7, 2023! Our festivities will begin at 8:30 AM and conclude at 9:50 AM, so please ensure your child arrives promptly to fully enjoy the event. We have arranged five exciting stations for our little ones: (1) Easter Egg Coloring; (2) Egg Hunting; (3) Easter Coloring Art; (4) Modified Piรฑata (catch a prize); (5) Egg Relay. Children will be divided into groups and will have the opportunity to experience each activity. As a special treat, we have invited a local rabbit farm to bring their adorable rabbits for the day.
1. Dress to Impress: It's freestyle Friday! Feel free to dress your child in simple or fancy attire, according to your preference.
2. Easter Basket Fun: Optionally, have your child bring a decorated Easter basket. The best basket from each class will be awarded a certificate of recognition from the school.
3. Extra Supplies: Please send an additional towel and/or clothing, as children will be actively participating in the events and may need to change afterward.

On the full moon day of the third lunar month, Buddhists celebrate an important holiday called Makha Bucha Day. This year, it falls on the 6th of March. The term "Makha Bucha" is a combination of two Pali words: "Makha," which refers to the third lunar month, and "Bucha," meaning veneration. Originally, the day was established to honor Gautama Buddha and his teachings. On this day, the Buddha gave a sermon to his 1,250 ordained disciples, who had all achieved enlightenment, at the Veluvana bamboo grove near Rฤjagaha in northern India, ten months after his own enlightenment. This teaching is known as the Ovadapatimokha, which is considered the core of Buddhism and embodies the religion's purposes, principles, and procedures. Among the three most significant principles emphasized in the Ovadapatimokha are abstaining from wrongdoing, doing good deeds, and purifying the mind.
Makha Bucha Day is a significant observance in several Buddhist countries, including Thailand, where it is celebrated with prayers, merit-making, and religious rituals at temples. In the evening, candlelit processions and circumambulations, known as wian thian, meaning circle around the candle, are held at Thai temples.

The International STEM Olympiad is an international online competition platform in which students from grade 1 to 12 compete, and the questions are prepared in line with the philosophy of STEM education.
The International STEM Olympiad is an Olympiad for students who are interested in STEM but have difficulty in accessing materials and STEM-based questions. Students will not only reach STEM-based topics and questions but will also experience the excitement of competing and receiving awards on an international platform.
Winners in the Final Round will join contestants from other nations in the International Grand Olympiad-Paris, France.
